with each in-breath, tighten your perineum and draw your energy up your spine to your crown chakra, then with each exhale (keeping your tongue on the roof of your mouth) draw the energy back down in your front channel, finishing the cycle. As you get the hang of this, visualize a rapidly spinning (clockwise) orb of energy around you at about arm's length. This is a great deflective shield against those attacks of negative energy. You may also wish to combine it with a little Ho'ponopono ...essentially visualizing those people who wish to cause you harm as extensions of yourself ...tell them, "I'm sorry" and "I love you". Those two exercises have been a big part of my reality this past year, so I can attest that they are pretty effective ...no more harrassing calls or baseless legal threats.

I just remembered another thing ...a mantra I did ...will have to find where it's hiding in the cyber realm.

It is very important to fully cut cords with this person. ANything she might have given you, give it back in a ceremony, send it back, or get rid of it somehow, with intention. MaryGold likes the meditaton: "I return your energy to you in the perfect healing tone and color". Burn a candle to release her from your life, do a ceremony where you give thanks for your blessings and pray for those cords to be released. Clear yourself out, you are subconsiously calling her back in through unconscous old patterns of thought and energitc ties that must be composted. Blessings on your exorcism and closure. Meet the police, etc with calm and civilty, explaining the situation. Take as much space as you can from her, dont react to her provocations, sned her distanced universal love & healing and call your energy back. Maybe write a letter, if approppriate, outlining what you are thankful for in your past relationship, emphasizing that you wish hr well but do not wish to be involved in ANY way at this time. The way to release karma is to meet it ith an open, compassionate heart no matter what and not feed the drama. Archangel Michael is a wondrous swordsman- cutting bonds when asked.
